Receiving and Viewing Messages

Someone has just sent you a riteMail message. Open the message in your favorite email account and view the riteMail message in the body of the email as shown below for Microsoft Outlook Express:

riteMail works with any email client that supports HTML and Java.  Remember, to reply to a riteMail message with a riteMail message of your own, you need to click the Write back button.  Clicking your email client's Reply button will reply with a regular email message.

If your email client does not fully support Java or has other limitations on HTML messages, you will see the following text message with an embedded link:

This email message should be viewed in an HTML-capable email client
with Java enabled.  If the riteMail Viewer Java Applet failed to
initialize, click here to view your riteMail message in your
     default Web browser.

Clicking the link will open your Web browser and display your riteMail message.  You will then be able to respond to it and use the riteMail service normally.

Note to AOL Mail users: In AOL Mail 6.0, your riteMail message will appear with an embedded link if the size of the message is less than 40K. Otherwise, the message may be converted by AOL Mail client into a text attachment. Download and save this attachment as .htm or .html file, instead of the proposed .txt file, and double click on the saved item in Windows Explorer or open it in your browser. It will display the text with an embedded link. Clicking on the link will open your riteMail message.
