To view the list of messages, open Inbox or any local folder (see
riteMail Message Folders)
. To open and view a message, tap on the respective message line in any folder.
You can delete the message by opening it and selecting Delete from the menu
To create a new message, tap on the New button that sits on the
screen, whenever a folder is viewed. Or, choose New from the message menu
when a message is on the screen
The new message instantly appears on the screen of your
Palm Handheld. It has a predefined subject NoteN, where note numbers are
subsequently assigned by the riteMail software.
Whether you open a new riteMail message or an existing message from
one of your folders, you can immediately write, draw or create charts in its
working area.
Tapping the
Close button 
in the bottom left corner of your message saves the message in its original
folder. If you started a new message when Inbox was the current folder, it will
be saved in the Draft
folder.
You may select several messages in any folder by tapping on the
"diamonds" to the left of messages.
After the messages are selected, you can move them by changing their
destination folder. Choose Details in the Note menu
and then select the folder from the list.
You can also delete all selected messages by choosing the Delete
item in the Note menu
and confirming your intent to delete selected messages.
