riteMail Message Folders
Handwritten
letters are stored in Message Folders. You can create, edit and delete
folders at any time. This version of riteMail allows you to keep up to 15
message folders. By default, received messages appear in the riteMail
Inbox folder. You can redirect incoming messages at any time to appear in
any message folder. You can also assign the default folder to any riteMail
account on your Palm Handheld as explained in section Receiving
Messages. In addition, you can store your notes in any folder, without
sending them. In other words, you can use riteMail not only as a communications application,
but also as an intuitive and versatile note-taker.
riteMail messages are archived using their subjects as names.
Message folders allow you to organize your letters and notes by
categories. You can save
your handwritten message to the folder of your choice and can also add and remove folders. Of course, you can always choose to open a saved note and
instantly email it as a
riteMail message.
