- New:

- Open: Opens the selected
message for viewing.
- Reply: Opens the selected message with the Message Separator ("splitter") for your reply. See
Replying to Messages.
- Delete: Deletes the selected message.
- Copy: Places a copy of the selected message
into the desired folder. Use the pull-down menu to select the folder you wish to copy the selected message to, then tap the
OK button.
- Moves:
Moves the selected message to the desired folder. Use the pull-down menu to select the folder you wish to copy the selected message to, then tap the
OK button.
- Beam:

- Load

file (riteMail's internal message format). The message can be saved to such .itp file using Message->Save to file item in the Message menu (see
Creating riteMail Messages)
When
a riteMail message in the current message folder is selected, you
can perform all functions of the Message menu using the Pop-up
Menu, which appears if you press and hold the pen on the message line
(tapping on the message will open it). If you select multiple messages, the top items will apply only to the
one item you performed the tap-n-hold upon. The bottom items of this menu will do the selected operation on all of
the selected items.

- The
Tools menu includes the following options:

- About
riteMail: Provides the riteMail version and copyright information.
- Setup: Allows you to access the
riteMail Customization menus. See Customizing riteMail.
- List
of accounts: List of all user-defined POP3 and IMAP accounts.
Selecting an account initializes receiving messages from that account.
- New Folder:
Creates a new riteMail local folder on your Pocket PC
- Refresh Folder:
When you are in a riteMail folder, corresponding to one of Pocket
Outlook folders, this action checks the folder's contents against
the email client's Inbox and retrieves new riteMail messages.
When you are in a local riteMail folder assigned as a destination
folder to one or more of your direct POP3 or IMAP4 riteMail
accounts (see
Customizing riteMail), this action
initializes the connection and receives new messages from all accounts into
that folder.
- Delete Folder: Deletes the currently selected folder. See
Adding and Removing Folders.
- The
Refresh Folder button performs the same action as the
Tools->Refresh
Folder menu item above and has been added for your convenience.
