When you receive a new
riteMail message, tap it to open and view it. To reply to an open message, click the
Reply arrow at the bottom of the screen. If you are looking at one of the message folders and wish
to reply to one of your saved messages, you may select the desired message in the list then select
Message->Reply. The original message will appear with a blank area above it for your reply as shown below:

Note the dashed line separating the received message from your reply. This is the
riteMail Message Separator, which keeps your messages organized by separating your replies. If you
write or draw beneath that bar, your changes will be added to the original
message. If you write or draw above the line, your reply will be separated from the original message.
Need more room for your reply? No problem. Strokes that come near or cross the Message Separator will cause it to move down, creating more room for your reply.
You can drag the separator
line up or down with your pen to open more or remove the unneeded space in
your message. If you press-and-hold over the line, the pop-up menu will appear
allowing you to hide the separator. To place the separator somewhere
else in the document, press-and-hold the position where you want the
separator to appear and choose 'Split' from the pop-up menu.
Once you have finished your reply, tap the
Send button as described in the following section.
