This page lists known issues with riteMail beta software and
service for desktops and Pocket PC:
When
using Netscape Communicator 4 to write messages and riteShape
tool is on, vertical lines that cross the border of a riteMail
message may occasionally result in random "shooting" lines
"Shooting
lines" may from time to time appear in regular riteMail
messages
Pressing
the “Write back” button in the riteMail window fails to pop up an
open but minimized message from the Windows taskbar
There
are no tool tips for riteMail tools and controls
On
the Mac OS, only Microsoft Internet Explorer is currently supported
When
drawing in riteShape, shapes
smaller than one cell of the riteMail grid may not be
recognized properly
In
Microsoft Outlook, you can respond only to one riteMail
message by clicking the "Write Back" button. Responses to
multiple messages are not supported yet
In
Netscape Web Mail, riteMail messages cannot be opened. In
Yahoo! Mail, AOL 6 Mail, Hotmail, Web interface to Microsoft Outlook
and other mailers, riteMail letters are opened in two steps by
first opening an email and then clicking a link in the body of email
When
using ActiveSync to send your riteMail messages from Pocket PC,
letters larger than 16K will be truncated
